Extremely poor service from Mweb

I had a problem accessing my email and had to call Mweb. After entering the queue at # 30 , it took 2 hours 14 minutes for my call to be answered , the last 13 of which were while being # 1 in the queue.

Once the call had been answered , the problem was resolved very quickly but does not justify such an inordinately long wait for my call to be answered. either they are off the charts busy , or they are very understaffed. My feeling is the latter
