Extremely Poor Service From Mweb and Super Slow Speeds

Got my fibre installed and up and running in December 2020, it has been an uphill battle ever since to get Mweb to sort out the slow speeds.

It is now two weeks since the this issue was escalated to Vumatel to sort out and it is the third time it has been escalated to Vumatel to investigate without any outcome. No response from Vumatel and none from Mweb whatsoever.

I am becoming increasingly more annoyed with each day that passes that there is literally zero s*#ts given by Mweb to resolve this issue.

My speeds are still extremely slow (average of 300Mbps) and that's even after I was conned into believing that my speeds were slow due to my secondary router not supporting 1Gbps speeds, I even went as far as to buy a second router from Mweb to just ensure it was the same brand, make and model as the one I originally received from Mweb and guess what?

After spending R799 on the new router absolutely nothing changed!!!

This issue better be resolved soon or else Mweb can come fetch their router and fiber cables so I can move to a damn Service Provider who will actually provide a damn service that is being paid for.

This is absolutely pathetic service that I have received since moving over to fiber!!
