Extremely poor service from MWEB.

I am absolutely frustrated with MWEB. They cancelled my internet connection with Vumatel after I was mistakenly billed for two lines — a 100Mbps and a 20Mbps. Vumatel correctly cancelled the payment for the 20Mbps line, but MWEB has been a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been on a call for over an hour and still sitting as caller number 3 for the past 30 minutes. This is absolutely pathetic service from an ISP.
