Extremely poor service

Their customer service sucks. I've never had such a terrible experience with any other provider. They keep transferring you from pillar to post. You log a query they don't respond. I've been asking them to disconnect their line since last week. Then I logged a query MWB***8 and they never responded. I called and was promised it will be done today and still nothing
