Extremely poor service -avoid if possible

I’ve been trying to get support for my fibre connection and have been stuck on a call for over 40 minutes with no agent available to assist. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a service as essential as internet connectivity.

The lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer care is beyond frustrating. If this is how support is handled during critical issues, I honestly regret choosing this provider. Do better.
