Extremely Poor Service

I am struggling to get my contract cancelled since September 30th. Every week I phone, get a different story. The last story today is that they are investigating, the person could not tell me what is it that they are investigating. What is there to investigate if a person is canceling a contact?. In the meantime they are continuing to bill me, in no time I will be blacklisted for non payment.
