Extremely poor service

This is the 3rd review with regard to the absolute disaster of an experience Im experiencing with MWEB.

I'm posting these reviews to assist future consumers on what to expect when interfacing with MWEB and to also ensure that I am being assisted and taken seriously as a customer.

I hope reviewing this on HELLO PETER enables me in getting my voice heard but it does not seem like this I'm receiving the necessary assistance.

For the umpteenth time, please have a MWEB MANAGER contact me urgently on ***.

This ongoing issue needs a resolution.
