Extremely Poor Service

Absolute poor service, I upgraded my Fibre line and ever since I've been having issues. Been calling and holding on for hours even their live chat is useless. My line is currently off since the 13th February and all I get is they will get it resolved but yet another day and no resolution. When you request for call backs from managers it never happens so their managers are also non-existent. I have spent more money on data compared to what their monthly fee is and no one seems to care at all. I asked them to cancel so I can move to another ISP but was told I need to pay a cancellation fee yet the issue is not on my end
