Extremely poor service!

I paid for a fiber connection, but they couldn’t install it. I was told I would receive my refund within 14 working days. It’s now been 19 working days since I requested the refund, and when I inquired about it today, they changed their story, stating that it takes 21 working days, not the 14 they initially mentioned. I started asking questions, and the agent left me on read without responding. Stay away from Mweb.
