Extremely poor service

Really bad service with regards to fiber and I won't recommend them to anyone. I have been with them since 2020 and we recently moved to a new house. I have put in a moving request - to switch our fiber to the new house - timeously with them. They only put in our moving request a day after we moved in. 2 Days after this we only came in touch with openserve to do an installation. Their installation was quick and easy. Once this was done, the fiber needed to be activated from Mweb's side. It is now 5 days later and we don't have internet as of yet, every time you call them, they say it takes 24 - 48 hours from the day that you have called.

I made it clear to them from the beginning that I am working from home and I need Internet. However, 1 week after we have moved in, still no internet. I will never recommend anyone else to use them.
