Extremely poor customer support and user experience
Extremely poor customer support and user experience. I cannot get a hold of them without an OTP. The number that they keep sending the OTP to has been out of service for more than 20 years

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you’re unable to access support due to OTPs being sent to an outdated number. This creates a difficult situation when you’re trying to resolve an issue but can’t get through the necessary steps.
It can be seen that you’ve already reached out to the OTP Team via email. This has since been escalated with a request for them to urgently respond and assist you further.
We also noted that you made mention the mailbox is currently full. Please note you can access it online via https://www.mweb.co.za/webmail to remove any unwanted emails and create space. That space will only be freed up once emails are also cleared from the deleted items folder.
