EXtremely poor and bad service from Mweb and TTconnect

I have the worst experience with Mweb and TTconnect their infrastructure provider in Benoni cbd. I have had intermittent loss problems on the fibre ont and finally on Friday afternoon no internet service. Could not get through to Mweb. Got in que that last for an hour until my airtime ran out.

Logged a call the next day and was told it was TTConnect problem. The call centre logged a call and afterwards I discovered the call ref was not send to me. I work weekends and when tried to phone TTConnect I could not get through. I was told by the call centre agent that TTconnect service will take 3-5 working days. Imagine 3 to 5 working days. What type of service is this

I phoned on Monday and was rudely told by their call centre agent that I needed my ref and could not be helped no matter what information I gave except the call centre ref:

I send a email to *** this morning and still have had no reply.
