Extremely poor admin processed MWeb Fiber

I have signed up with Mweb fiber and eventually got them to connect my account. However some idiot entered my phone number wrong during the registration process and I have been struggling for more than a week to get the number fixed. Any contact (website, phone etc) with MWEB requires the USE OF AN ONE TIME PIN which I obviously do NOT receive due to the incorrect phone number. When phoning the so-called customer service they promise to phone me back (Obviously on the wrong number)

I have completed all the documentation and emailed it to them with no joy.

How do you get MWEB to fix a wrong phone number or send you the password you require to enter your profile on the internet
