Extremely pathetic service and sale support

I've been with Mweb for more than 8 years, but no more! The last couple of months I've notice their customer service just going down the drain. I've spend hours getting hold of someone competent in their sales department yesterday to no avail. Trying to get their attention by logging a query through their online portal - pathetic! I still have received no response. BYE BYE MWEB!!!!
