Extremely Frustrating Service – Still No SIM Card

I ordered a SIM card from Mweb on the 27th, and up to today I have still not received it. On their website, the order status shows “provisioning”, but when I track it, it says “delivered”. To make matters worse, the delivery service they chose does not even have my details.

This entire process has been draining and disappointing. I specifically chose Mweb because I believed they were reliable, but this experience has proved otherwise. I want clear answers and immediate resolution. If this is not addressed urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman.
