Extremely frustrated at being led down a garden path re fibre shaping

,Having had my fibre line installed by MWEB in June 2020, I have, for the past year, been paying for a 200/200mg speed. I subscribe to and use an IPTV which has numerous facilities. During the day I am able to view live streaming of certain of my favourite programmes but when it gets to around about 6pm, all live streaming comes to an end. For months I have been told that it was my either my service that was the problem and have I tried VPNs. For the first time today I received clarity that it has nothing to do with my service nor VPNs etc. but that it was MWEB itself that materially shapes lines according to demand. Moving to Afrihost who, unlike MWEB, advertise that there is no throttling nor shaping of lines.
