EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!

I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH MWEB!!!! I've been a customer for years and NEVER have I experienced such issues! The speed I'm paying for is not NEARLY what I'm getting. I've made many calls to the technical department - sometimes for hours on end from my cellphone. Always a different story and excuse! The favourite one is the problem is with Openserve. I've tested my line and there is absolutely nothing wrong. I have screenshots of the speeds I'm getting - from my router and directly from the ONT. I am definitely thinking of switching to another service provider!!!!
