Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Accountability

A one-star rating is honestly too generous. I am extremely disappointed with the consultants, out of multiple calls in one week, only about two were polite and professional. Everything gets “escalated,” yet the manager it’s escalated to does absolutely nothing. The complaints department can only provide reference numbers and offers no real assistance or follow-up. MWEB is a real disappointment at the moment. No insult intended, but clients should be taken seriously, without customers, a business cannot exist.
