Extremely Disappointed with Mweb's Service

I have been consistently frustrated with the abysmal speed of my fibre connection from Mweb. The current speed is absolutely unacceptable, preventing me from carrying out my work effectively. As someone who relies on a stable and fast internet connection to run my business, this situation is untenable.

Despite numerous complaints, the issue persists. Even YouTube struggles to buffer, which is ridiculous given the several servers it uses. This issue needs urgent attention and a swift resolution to meet the promised standards. Extremely disappointed and still waiting for a response!
