Extremely Disappointed with MWeb Customer service

I am genuinely appalled by the level of service I’ve received from MWeb. Their customer support is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I waited over two hours for assistance both via the app and the call centre. I was stuck as caller number 20 for more than an hour, with absolutely no progress.

It is unacceptable for a service provider to have a customer service line when they clearly cannot manage the call volume or provide timely support. It feels like they simply do not care about their customers or their experience.

The lack of urgency, the excessive waiting times, and the complete inability to assist paying customers is beyond frustrating. I would never recommend MWeb to anyone based on this experience.

MWeb seriously needs to rethink how they handle customer support because right now, it’s failing on every level.
