Extremely difficult and frustrating to cancel MWeb ISP subscription

Have you tried to cancel your subscription to MWeb Internet Service Provider? Try it if you want to have a frustrating experience. Just to access your account you need two PIN numbers and you cannot get through on the telephone. You must use the website. Once you finally cancel your account, you are then advised that your cancellation is provisional and will be made definite only when you are contacted by the company TO ENSURE THAT YOU REALLY WANT TO CANCEL! Needless to say, no-body contacts you. Try it again and still, no-body contacts you. Don't sign up to MWeb ISP, it is not worth the bother.
