Extremely bad service from Mweb and Vumatel

Extremely bad service. I have placed an order for Fibre. They do not get back to me and keep telling me that there is an inflight order pending and hence my order can't be completed . When I call Vumatel they tell me that there is no inflight order stopping me from getting a new ISP. I keep calling both companies and both are telling me different stories . I am now without fibre . Vumatel tells me that Mweb must help me and Mweb says they are waiting for Vumatel . Its unbelievable
