Extremely bad service

Shocking service. We were told our internet was being installed today and to please be home between 8-10am we have waited all morning, many calls to mweb being passed from department to department. Very rude staff, noone takes accountability and still they have told us there is nothing they can do and we must wait. This is absolutely pathetic. Mweb have absolutely no customer service and take no responsibility for anything. Call reference mwb***4
