Extremely bad service

No joy with Mweb. They do not respond to mail and since a week have only responded once to ask me a question that could have been answered by them a week. Also spoke to TTconnect as after almost a week they have no idea that I moved from Axxess to Mweb. The infrastructure is there already but they still are talking rollout ..imagine the incompetence. Speaking to ttconnect they told me google Mweb number as they do not know it. How do you do business with a ISP that uses your infrastructre and you do not have their contact details. While speaking the TTConnect agent put me hold and dissapeared. This is really service ...wow
