EXTREMELY BAD MWEB SERVICE

Hi, I app**** for a fibre package DOWNLOAD 20 MBPS UPLOAD 10 MBPS This was installed at my house, however when i do a speed test i only reach UPLOAD 4.8 MBPS. I contacted mweb on numerous occasion but with no satisfaction, they blame EVOTEL who did the installation, yet when i contact EVOTEL They inform me that the problem is not with them. When i phone MWEB they ask what is the problem, so i explain then they tell me to hold on, after a couple of minutes the phone just goes dead. This is extremely bad service and i want to cancel.
