Extremely bad customer relations!!!!

I am very frustrated with this company I’ve been trying to call them with regards to an increase that I didn’t approve of or sign up for and they are now charging me for something I didn’t approve, at no time was I given a call to ask for this amount to be approved or debited from my account, it’s not authorized by me , they increase my subscription without my knowledge or consent and I’ve sent emails tried to call and nobody returns calls . This cannot be legal , this is ***** as far as I am concerned, it a year since I sign up and agreed to a certain amount to be debited , in last two months they have put up the the increase twice without my consent or even asked me if I still want to use there services, you cannot get a hold of anyone at the call center , it’s shocking . I cannot afford this amount and what are my options, I’ve been given none as nobody has call me to date !!!!
