Extremely bad

Hello guys they do not want to release my line I’ve requested weeks a go to cancel my Internet has been down for weeks router broken and now all I want is for them to release my line and I have been making 1000 calls everyday they still not responding Sending me around as they give bad service and try to stall and hold on to there clients That wants to leave they are the worse ISP ever
