Extremely annoyed and disappointed in Mwebs customer service.

I have signed up with mweb 3 weeks ago, they installed my fibre with vumatel and now I am unable to gain internet access due to them sending me the incorrect passwords to log in and neither does any passwords work. Customer service takes 10 years to get through and none answers emails even though they give you their email in order for you to contact them. Highly disappointed and bitterly regret signing up with Mweb!
