I would like to lodge a complaint am not happy with the service I received. I received a router on the 15/04/2024 and ever since I delivered it at the door it was not installed and nothing has been done till today.

I nolonger require your services and this router to be collected and the sad part am angry about is that am being charged R3, 327.70 for a router I never used which is still in the box.

I want this router to be collected and the amount on my name being removed as soon as possible.
