Firstly i would like to point out that i have been a mweb member since 1995 when pix internet originaly was the isp. <br> <br> I have been using a 4mb uncapped package until recently.<br> <br> I have had pathetic speed connectivity in Polokwane for very long. When i called mweb they insisted it was telkom. Telkom blamed mweb (surprisingly they were right). I then moved over to vox, instantly speeds improved 10 fold. Torrents were faster, downloads were better, no hassle - and a third of the price!! Then the painful part came - cancelling my mweb.<br> <br> I had to get a form to cancel, which i submitted 3x and which was not responded to. I was then billed for 2 months after that. When i refused to pay for it, i was handed over to itc for blacklisting.<br> <br> This is how you treat your customers of 20 years?????<br> <br> I have paid the measly 1000 which, in my opinion, did not owe, i had to pay for it to save my name and because mweb ******ed the money from me, it was not owed to them. It was their ****py admin that did not respond to my cancellation in time, hence i was unneccessarily billed/******ed.<br> <br> I am now on another isp and i am very happy. I am cancelling my other 3 mweb subscriptions very soon.
