Exceptionally Horrible Service

I have logged a query since the 09th of June and till now my Vuma Reach Line has not been activated. I spent everyday on the phone for almost 2 hours to reach a agent , and on Friday the lady dropped the phone in my ear , they keep on reassuring me that my line will be reactivated but it still has not been done , I am currently on the phone for 1:07 mins and has still not reached a agent to assist. Besides this the online chat they refer you to does not even work at all.
