Exceptionally Good Service From MWeb

I live on a farm outside of town, but my wife works for an NGO from home. Since the internet at one of the Child and Youth Care Centres is on her name, I was at the house in town three times the past two weeks after lightning or a power surge damaged the router. As with welfare, it is a struggle to find somebody who will help, and also to find another router. Just not money for everything. Telkom came to fix the line and last week a specialist, of whom I slipped his name, phoned me on the farm offering assistance. Gave me many tips I wrote down. Yesterday I drove in and tried again, ending up with agent Nicole. What a nice experience it was! In the end she found a small error in the router setup after checking many things. I wish every encounter with a service provider could be like this!
