Exceptionally Bad Service(Long waiting times)

I've cancelled and served my notice with this provider, and they have not released my line to use with another ISP. The reason why I choose to discontinue is their lack of responses, ever interaction requires about an hour waiting time per support request. I would not recommend this ISP to anyone, it deserves 0 stars.
