Exceptional Service from Mr. Llewellyn Schoeman

I would like to take his opportunity to compliment Llewellyn Schoeman, I met him at the Small Business Expo at Gallagher Estate and firstly he explained the product that I took so simply and eloquently that I was interested in signing up there and there. He took my details and he told me that he would contact me, which he did and I must say that from the first time that I spoke to him he has been very helpful, he called me constantly to check up on me and when I experienced a problem with Telkom not updating doing what they were supposed to, he said he would escalate the query and I would like to say that my ADSL is up and running. I am very impressed with his experience of the product and the courtesy calls that he made to me to make sure that I was up and running.
