Signed up with mweb after Cancelled my contract with web africa due to their pathetic aftersales service. Had bit off issue understanding how to do it online so i called in and spoke to a real darling agent who went the extra mile to assist me and i must say i received my cancelation email from previous isp at 8am and spoke to Ameera the online sales agent at 10:15am and now at 10h30 im already connected.
