EXCEPTIONAL SALES LADY MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE

I recently order an LTE product and the sales lady who helped me was BEYOND amazing! She arranged for the product to reach my home quicker than advertised as I was desperate to have internet for me to continue to work from home. At one point I was even eying up MWEB's competitors so I could bypass the delivery wait period. The router arrived in less than 3 days and I didn't even have to wait 10 mins for it to be up and running. I set it up and it worked almost instantaneously. She called me up everyday to update me on the order delivery process and was exceptional at her job. Understanding and proactive. My only regret is that I didn't catch her name because then I would thank her personally. What a lovely human being who is truly outstanding at her job. Thank you to her and thank you MWEB!
