Excellent service rendered by an angel called "Gill"

This 5 star review is to give credit to a wonderful lady named "Gill". My wifi was off since for 2 days and in that period of time I have spoken to Craig from Mweb...who rushed me and was immensely impatient. He, however, in his rush only did half the job. I consequently was sent from pillar to post between Mweb and Telkom...the latter proven to be more useless... (no surprise there). On the verge of just giving it all up...I tried one more time and Gill came to my rescue. I explained to her my problem and she was calm and collected. She never made me feel like an idiot and explained everything and tried all angles. Eventually we did it together and she brought tears to my eyes. She is a Godsend. I believe she is worth her weight in gold.
