Excellent service from Rory at Mweb!

After a nightmare season of trying to get my Fibre connected in my complex (since February), I went through numerous service providers who made me almost burst a blood vessel. After cancelling my subscription with another competitor service provider, I contacted Mweb. I was put in touch with Rory Fortuin from the get-go. He got me up and connected within one week. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, was professional, patient and most importantly did what he promised to do. I know there were things that were not in his hands, but he went above and beyond to call vumatel and the service suite to get me connected. What a breath if fresh air! I am not one to write reviews, but good service deserves recognition.
