Excellent Service and Customer Support

I had an unplanned house move to make on the 26 Nov 2020. As I already had a MWeb Fibre installation at the old home, I required a move of my account and connection to the new residence as quickly as possible, as both my wife and I are working from home, due to lockdown, for a huge corporate company.

I contacted MWeb and they moved mountains for me to get the reconnection done in a week, getting Open Serve on site to initiate the connection (fortunately the new home already had fibre installed).

So my personal experience in dealing with MWeb and in particular Narusha (apologies if spelling is incorrect) was so positive and pleasant. Narusha was such a pleasure to talk to and she made things happen.

So I would recommend MWeb as a Fibre solution to anyone, based on my pleasant and positive experience.
