Excellent sales trumps poor OTP system

I just want to say thank Archie for going the extra mile with my upgrade. He spend a lot of time analysing my usage, looking at alternative options and trying to sort out the glitch with Mweb and their OTP system (as their passwords are continuously blocked). Thank you so much - even though I am not impressed with MWeb's OTP system, you made the whole experience worthwhile and made sure the company kept a customer!
