Excellent Customer Service from Abdul Otto
I was extremely frustrated and felt like my query was falling on deaf ears. However, once I spoke to Abdul Otto, everything changed. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable about customer care. Despite my frustration, he handled the call exceptionally well and we ended on a positive note.
