Excellent Customer Service

After using Telkom for 38 years, never once skip a payment, after my husband died. I cancell the contract. But i thought they will wait until the end of May cutting the landline and internet. I felt like someone alone on earth. My prayer warrior friend told about mweb. What excellent people and service excellence. They are comunicating every step of the way. Not a non existent client service as Telkom has. My friend told me they are walking the extra mile and i am experiencing it for myself. Well done Mweb team
