Excellent customer service

First of all, I'd like to highlight the best customer service rendered by two Mweb ambassadors, first one goes to Brenda Ngete who is a retention consultant, she went out of her way to cater for me to help set up my underrated uncapped web hosting as others seems to think it's a useless product that will not particularly give an urge to their sales monthly targets, but Brenda took this matter very professionally, she escalated the matter to one of the best Sales consultant I came across this afternoon, Sizwe Dladla, I must say, for the past four weeks struggling with this account, I went as far as Mweb's Twitter account and other platforms, called numerous times, came across rather rude and ********* consultants from Tech support, Client service and even sales, was given a run around until I'd run out air, but this time around, these two down to earth humbled and Mweb's reps did the wonders today, I thank Sizwe and Brenda for going that extra mile, I wish all the best for them, we need people like them, Mweb is no longer what used to be because the sales people are now more focused on reaching the target than offering best customer service, Thanks Siz and Brenda once again
