Ever think of using Mweb?? Please reconsider!!

Shocking service from Mweb. After 40 days since my order and 22 calls to there helpine, I still do not have fibre. No communication from them, although everytime I call I receive a promise of escalation and feedback. To be clear, I already had a connection, all that is needed is a router and ONT box. Shocking!!
