Even more FRUSTRATIONS from MWEB

GRRRRRRR!!

On 19th September I app**** to have my M-Web LTE service changed to Fibre through VUMA as M-Web want to end their relationship with the useless Cell-C and so halt my already shocking M-Web LTE service.

VUMA have installed a box on the outside of the wall of my house, and each of the other houses along my street, but some *********** "bright-spark" at M-Web or VUMA reccons that because my house looks like the one next to me on Google Satellite / Street-view, that it is part of a complex with a body corporate.

After a month of multiple letters back and forth, and sending Municipal accounts, Property purchase agreements, Bank loan applications, and Valuator assessments as proof, MWeb-VUMA still have not verified the facts sent to them, or checked with the municipality. Their Sales Administrator Nomahlubi Am is still asking me to get a letter from a NON-EXISTENT body corporate.

To top it all, they are already charging me for the Fibre service. at the rates advertised above..... with NO FIBRE!!!

How pathetic can this company be?
