Eugene George......WHAT A GUY!!!!

Eugene George......WHAT A GUY! I truly hope that MWEB knows what an asset they have in this guy.

Eugene and I crossed paths after I attempted to cancel my LTE contract due to my connection being pretty much non-existent, and I was fed up with the half hearted responses I was receiving from MWEB - I had had enough, I wanted nothing to do with MWEB. A query was raised for the retention team to contact me (MWB***4)....and along came Eugene.

Eugene is by far the most helpful person I have had dealings with from MWEB. He followed up regularly and kept me in the loop with any developments. When he found out that there was no easy solution for my internet problems, he was honest about it (he didn't beat around the bush telling me to move my router, or anything silly like that).

On Thursday afternoon we discussed changing my option to Fibre, my router has already been delivered and the installation will take place on Tuesday - thank you Eugene.

I wish I could get into contact with Eugene's manager to let them know what a great experience it was to work with him - this guy really does go above and beyond. Give that man a bells, and a raise!!!
