Epic customer service failure

Bad service from mweb, still waiting for my router and a call from the agent for a month now. No communication from them. I have phoned, was told that the agent will call me back, still waiting even today. I have sent numerous emails to my agent/consultant. Doesn’t even bother himself to call me back.
