Endless wait for TECHNICAL TEAM to call me back
I had to wait a month for Telkom to move my line to a new location - seems I will have to wait just as long for MWEB to call me back and connect my line. It is strange how quick service providers are to collect money from you but when it comes to delivering on their side they can't be reached.
