Endless false promises and still no results

5 and a half weeks after my order and still no fiber. The line was even already installed so what should take so long. Yet we're promised 3 weeks to install and connect. Endless phone calls with service consultants who promise to actually do something, escalation after escalation and still nothing, yet each of them has had all the info from the start? What are you actually doing to fix it? We've finally registered the line as installed 4.5 weeks later yet now its been a week and still not activated when this is supposed to take 48h maximum. The previous tenants had fiber here with Mweb themselves and Vumatel so why should it take so long?
