Empty promises, hopeless service and useless staff = MWEB

Please rectify my account balance as the statement reflects an incorrect value. I have contacted your call centre umpteen times to have a simple issue resolved and backdated which was originated from the ********** service delivery on providing units!

I cannot put into words how frustrating and painful of an experience it is to liaise with your call centre. Please ask someone to contact myself who is willing to assist and ensure this matter will now be resolved.
